Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to buyer’s error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc…

Below is few reasons you can’t return your item/ cancel your order:

  • You have chosen a wrong size, wrong color and wrong type.
  • Your order was placed more than 24 hours ago.
  • The product is as same as description.
  • You ordered by mistake / You are no longer interested.
  • The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually produce them within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Please note that if you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
  • All the products were made of polyester due to the all-over printing technology. We do not accept return item if you do not love product material. Therefore, please consider carefully before place order.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and it’s our responsibility to replace your item(s) for any of the following reasons:

– The product is flawed

– The print quality is poor

– The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site

Please email us at [email protected], provide a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We need these information’s as proof to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

For all other requests please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 10-15 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear in your credit card or original method of payment. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

CANCEL (IF APPLICABLE)

After making purchase, customer have 24 hour to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund.

After that date, item will be produced and we can’t support any further.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

– Firstly check your bank account again.

– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

– Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

– Finally, if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

SHIPPING REFUNDS 

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You will take responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN

We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:

– Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.

– Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US, Mexico or Chinese factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 6-8 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 12-20 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you

– Wrong size received

If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 30% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.

Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.

– Timing for a return

All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

– How do I return items?

If customer would like to return the item we only accept return of items if they meet all of following conditions:

Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
In original condition
Unwashed and Unworn
In the original packaging
After contacting Aesthetic Store support at [email protected] and receive our response, please do exactly following instructions: Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to the address we provided in the e-mail.
